Failure

During the 2026-05-09 deploy, the Iceland mirror at `warcrimes-deploy@93.95.228.55` was unreachable on both the main rsync and the evidence artifact sync:

This is the 1984.is Iceland VPS (2vCPU/4GB/80GB, Debian 13), hosting the resilience mirror for trumpswarcrimes.com.

Impact

  • Mirror is not receiving site updates
  • Evidence artifacts (PDF/HTML snapshots) not syncing to Iceland host
  • Iceland is the primary resilience mirror against hosting takedowns

To investigate
