    Argand Site Registry v0.6.1 is a compatibility patch for the public v0.6 Web
    Graph pipeline.

    • Streams and authenticates complete Common Crawl domain-rank releases.
    • Treats provider rows that are not DNS hostnames as non-candidates instead of
      aborting the entire graph import.
    • Preserves exact provider row coordinates for all retained observations.
    • Keeps schema and numeric corruption fail-closed.
    • Passed the complete Rust/Python/CLI/docs/consumer-parity suite and a clean
      RustSec audit.
    • Passed an actual 2.1 GB Common Crawl graph import: 38.10 seconds, 22,112 KiB
      peak RSS, zero swap, with 840 identity-backed domains retained.

    v0.6.1 does not weaken route admission. Web Graph evidence cannot create an
    entity, official-site assertion, reviewer vote, publisher signature, or redirect.
